Welcome to ClearPath Careers. These Terms & Refund Policies apply to all digital products and subscription services, including the ClearPath AI Career Coach, resume services, LinkedIn services, coaching sessions, and any other offerings on clearpathcareerstn.com.


By purchasing or accessing any ClearPath Careers service, you agree to these terms.



1. Subscriptions & Billing

The ClearPath AI Career Coach is offered as a monthly or annual subscription.

  • Your subscription begins immediately after purchase.
  • Subscriptions are billed securely through Stripe.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.


You can cancel anytime by following the link in your Stripe receipt or by contacting support at

support@clearpathcareerstn.com


When you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.



2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Monthly Plans: Your access remains active until the end of your current month.
  • Annual Plans: Your access remains active until the end of your current year.


Canceling stops future charges — it does not refund past charges.


You can cancel through:

  • The “Manage Your Subscription” link in your Stripe emails, or
  • By contacting us directly.



3. Refund Policy

Because ClearPath Careers products include instant digital access, resume guidance, and downloadable/interactive tools, all sales are considered final.


Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Forgetting to cancel
  • Not using the service
  • Deciding later that you no longer need the service
  • Accidental purchases after accessing the coach or tools


However, refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:

  • Duplicate purchases
  • Accidental double billing
  • Technical issues preventing access

4. Access Page & Digital Goods

After purchase, you will be redirected to your access page.


This page contains the start button for the AI Career Coach and any included tools.


If you cannot access your page, email support and we will help you immediately.



5. One-on-One Services (Resume, LinkedIn, Coaching)

Refunds are not available once:

  • Work has begun, OR
  • A strategy call has been completed, OR
  • Digital files or rewrites have been delivered


If you need to reschedule a 1:1 session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.



6. AI Career Coach Usage

The AI Career Coach provides:

  • Resume feedback
  • LinkedIn optimization
  • Job search planning
  • Interview prep
  • Messaging scripts
  • Career clarity support
  • Confidence coaching


The tool offers guidance, but results may vary depending on user effort, experience, and market conditions. ClearPath Careers does not guarantee interviews or job placement.
