Thank you for subscribing to the ClearPath AI Career Coach from ClearPath Careers.
This page explains how to manage your subscription, update your payment details, or cancel anytime.

Note: This page applies to the AI Career Coach subscription (monthly or annual).
One-time services like 
Resume Rewrite, LinkedIn Profile Revamp, Career Strategy Call, Interview Prep, and other done-for-you services are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew.



1. How Your AI Career Coach Subscription Works

ClearPath AI Career Coach is available as:

  • Monthly plan – $15/month
  • Annual plan – $99/year


Both plans:

  • Are billed securely through Stripe
  • Auto-renew at the end of each billing period
  • Can be canceled anytime


When your subscription is active, you can use your AI Career Coach through your private access link. This link is sent to you by email after checkout. Please save it and don’t share it publicly.



2. How to Access Your Subscription Portal (Stripe)

Stripe sends a “Manage Subscription” link in your receipt emails.

  1. Open the email you received after purchase or renewal
  2. Look for a button or link that says “Manage Subscription” or “Manage your plan”
  3. Click that link to open your secure Stripe Customer Portal


From the portal, you can:

  • Update your card or payment method
  • Change billing details
  • View past payments
  • Cancel your subscription


You don’t need a username or password — the link is secure and unique to you.



3. How to Update Your Payment Method

If your card expires or a payment fails, you may need to update your payment method.


To update your payment details:

  1. Open your latest Stripe receipt email
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Choose Update Payment Method
  4. Enter your new card details and save


Once updated, Stripe will automatically retry the payment, and your access to the AI Career Coach will remain active.

4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your AI Career Coach subscription at any time. There are no contracts or cancellation fees.


To cancel:

  1. Open your latest Stripe receipt
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Choose Cancel Subscription
  4. Select Cancel immediately or Cancel at end of billing period


When you cancel:

  • You will not be charged again
  • Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You can restart your subscription at any time in the future


If you can’t find your receipt or portal link, email:
support@clearpathcareerstn.com
and we can cancel it for you manually.



5. What Happens When Your Subscription Ends

When your AI Career Coach subscription is canceled or expires:

  • You keep access to your AI Coach until the end of your current billing period
  • After that, your access may be disabled for new sessions
  • You can reactivate your subscription anytime by signing up again


None of your resume or LinkedIn documents are deleted from your own files — you simply lose access to the AI Coach service.



6. One-Time Services vs. Subscriptions

Some ClearPath Careers services are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. These may include:

  • Resume Rewrite
  • LinkedIn Profile Revamp
  • Resume + LinkedIn Bundle
  • Career Strategy Call
  • Interview Prep Session
  • Job Search Messaging & Outreach Upgrade
  • Career Compass Coaching Program
  • Executive Career Coaching


These services:

  • Do not auto-renew
  • Are typically delivered via documents, live sessions, or one-time packages
  • Are managed directly with ClearPath (not through the subscription portal)

7. Billing Questions & Support

Reach out if:

  • You think you were charged incorrectly
  • You used the wrong email at checkout
  • You can’t find your Stripe receipt
  • Your access page isn’t working as expected
  • You want to confirm your subscription status
